The IPE Lab is co-operated alongside the AEEM Lab, fostering joint advancements in energy-efficient, ultrafast neuromorphic computing and optoelectronics. This collaboration provides group members with full access to all available equipment, enabling seamless experimentation and innovation.

Comprehensive Measurement Platform

Available fey features:

(1) Electrical: Pulsed measurement [Width & Duration: 250 ps to 10 seconds, with independent three-channel operation (source, drain, gate)].

 

(2) Optical: Continuous and Pulsed mode, Frequency: 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz, with intensity ranging from nW/cm² to mW/cm².

​

(3) Thermal: Temperature Range: Room Temperature (RT) to 400°C.
